Catalyst Metox are peroxide initiators of copolymerization of unsaturated polyester resins. They are used mainly with cobalt accelerators to cure at ambient temperature. Suitable for manual and spray lamination. They can be used e.g. for the production of polymeric concrete. Compared to the Metox-50 hardener, they exhibit slightly longer gelling times.
